HOW TO PAY FOR THE PURCHASE OF PAINTINGS
Payment is made in the national currency – Ukrainian hryvnia. It is also possible to pay in US dollars and euros according to the prices indicated on the website. If you want to pay for the purchase in another currency, the price of the work of art will be converted into the required currency at the rate of the National Bank of Ukraine.
Artwell accepts the following forms of payment:
You can pay for the artwork via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and China UnionPay online by choosing in the cart “By Card Online” and confirm the order.
Payments can be performed through international money transfer services, including Western Union, MoneyGram, Wise, TransferGo, and other alternatives. An extra fee for money transfer is paid by the customer. Order is shipped after the payment has been received.
Ukrainian customers can transfer money to PrivatBank card. The site performs international SWIFT money transfers up to 115,000 UAH (4,000 USD). We accept SEPA money transfers of up to 1,000 EUR using our European bank account. A fee for the money transfer is paid by the customer. Order is shipped after payment is received.
If the customer chooses to pay via PayPal, the site e-mails the invoice. An additional 3.9% fee for the money transfer is paid by the customer.
International orders are shipped after payment. Special permission to send paintings and sculptures outside Ukraine is required. It takes us 1-2 business days to obtain all necessary documents. In order to avoid possible issues, please be accurate when filling in the order form. You must indicate correct name, postal address, zip code, delivery address, phone number and e-mail. Once the order is shipped, the site will mail you the tracking number. Visit the site of the chosen delivery company or postal service to track your order online.
In some cases customers may be charged local taxes, fees and customs duties for art pieces received from Ukraine. Shall you need more detailed information, please do not hesitate to contact us
Watercolor and pastel paintings as well as pencil and ballpoint pen artwork can be shipped in a tube. That will increase the delivery speed and reduce the delivery cost mentioned above.
In order to avoid damage, we strongly recommend you should never remove oil and acrylic paintings from canvases to be shipped in a tube. The money you will pay for the canvas-stretching services in your country is very likely to be significantly bigger than that you pay for the standard delivery of the painting in its original canvas.
